Atlas Surveying, Inc. is accepting resumes for the position of Office Manager. Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a pleasant, professional work environment, ensuring high levels or organization effectiveness, communication and safety. The Office Manager will schedule meetings and appointments, order office supplies, greet visitors and provide general administrative support to Atlas employees. Previous experience as an Office Manager is an advantage. A successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. The Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. Office Manager will be under the direction and supervision of Vice-President of Operations.
