Atlas Surveying has been selected by D.R. Horton to start the construction process on their newest residential community in Berkeley County, SC, The Mill. Phase 1 will consist of 44 lots ranging in size from 0.31 to 0.82 acres. They will be utilizing a conservative, green approach to protect the natural setting that backs up to Francis Marion National Forest. Atlas will be using the latest robotic and GPS technologies to maximize the speed and accuracy of the data provided. Our experience from similar projects we have worked on from Charleston to Savannah over the last twenty years will help guide the development of the neighborhood.
