The Kessler Group, Hunt Construction, and the City of Savannah held their groundbreaking ceremony today. Hunt Construction chose Atlas Surveying to kick off the construction today by establishing benchmarks and survey control for the new development. Atlas will be responsible for all construction layout, quality control, and as-built surveys for the duration of the project.
