Just in time for the holidays, Atlas Surveying has “wrapped up” the final as-built plan for the new 300 unit gated community known as “One Hampton Lake”. The one, two, and three bedroom apartment complex is located off the Bluffton Parkway and on Hampton Lake. Amenities include a saline pool with infinity edge, dog park, 24/7 athletic club, a coworking inspired clubroom, billiards room, amenity deck with lakeside views, social outdoor space with screened-in picnic tables, outdoor fire pits, grilling pavilions, and kayak storage and launch area. Atlas was hired by Southeastern Development and Grand Oaks Construction to layout the complex buildings and amenities, and to provide foundation surveys and as-built plans.
