Hilton Head Luxury RV Resort Coming Late Summer 2021

By late summer of 2021, Hilton Head National RV Resort will be a welcoming an enjoyable recreational addition to the Bluffton/Hilton Head community. This luxury resort will contain 341 rental spaces and a plethora of recreational amenities. Since the resort is both an RV park and a country club, there will be something for everyone! The Clubhouse will include an arcade, a general retail store, restaurant, fitness center, snack bar and a relaxing lounge area. Additional amenities include free wireless internet, playgrounds, pickleball and basketball courts, dog park, dog wash facility, beach-entry pool with waterspouts and lazy river, adult pool area with hot tub, walking trail, laundry room and shower facilities.

Owner, Scratch Golf, LLC has teamed with Thomas & Hutton, J.H. Hiers Construction, Choate Construction, H.A. Sack Company, and Atlas Surveying to complete this project. Atlas Surveying has partnered with J.H. Hiers to complete utility as-builts, Choate Construction for the layout and locations of various structures onsite, and H.A. Sack Company to complete the site electrical layout. Surveying services will continue as the project continues through completion.
